Instructions: Use the Heritage Coffee data provided in Canvas to create pivot tables and a dashboard.  Based on the information available to you in your pivot tables and dashboard, provide answers to the following questions.

Q1 The owner of Heritage Coffee believes the summer help does not provide adequate service quality and would like to revisit their hiring policy.  Does the data support this supposition and decision? (in this example June, July and August represent summer months).

Q2 The owner of Heritage Coffee understands that the metrics associated with competitiveness influence customer satisfaction (see “categories of marketing metrics” in Marketing Strategy slides). To gain a better understanding of how well her business is performing, the owner would like you to visually depict which aspects of her business are improving, flat and declining.

Q5 You have hired an intern to monitor and respond to comments made on two of the four social media platforms you currently have a presence on.  Which platforms would you assign the interns to and why?

Q6 You ran an email campaign in March 2019 to promote Heritage Coffee’s App.  Was it effective? Graphically depict the effect of the email campaign on app downloads.
